Required Letters of Recommendation
 
The "Required Letters of Recommendation" folder of your P&T packet must include one or all of the document types listed.
  • For all pathways, other than Clinical Attending (NTE), the three required letters must be written by recognized authorities in candidate’s field who work at institutions other than UAMS.
  • For Clinical Attending (NTE) pathway only, these letters can be written by experts who work within UAMS. Please refer to 2020 COM Promotion and Tenure Guidelines for complete criteria on required letters
  • All letters of recommendation must be accompanied by a referee form. This completed form is required for all letters of recommendation
